Az EU-csatlakozás hatása a hazai élelmiszeriparra
[Some effects of EU accession on the Hungarian food industry]

Abstract

Az EU-csatlakozással a termékpiac, a tőkepiac és a munkaerőpiac szabadságának kiterjedésével (a vámvédelem eltűnésével, a támogatott uniós export megszűnésével, a szakemberek külföldi munkavállalásával, uniós léptékű vállalati kereszttulajdonlással és fúziókkal) várható a magyar élelmiszer-ipari árszínvonal és árarányok átalakulása, az élelmiszeripar és kereskedelem vállalati összefonódásainak átrendeződése, a magyar piacon érdekelt vállalatok határon át való terjeszkedése és új dimenziójú stratégiai szövetségek kialakulása. A cikk az EU-csatlakozás magyar élelmiszeriparra gyakorolt hatásait elemzi: az ár- és árszerkezet-változásokat, a termékpiaci arányváltozásokat, az élelmiszer-vertikumhoz tartozó kooperációs rendszer változásait és azok következményeit.
