A magyar nyugdíjrendszer középtávú feszültségei
[The middle-term tensions of the Hungarian pension system]

Abstract

A magyar nyugdíjrendszert jelenleg három fő középtávú feszültség jellemzi. 1. Az egymás utáni évjáratok közötti nyugdíjolló egyre jobban szétnyílik. 2. Az új évjáratok nyugdíjai a járulékplafon eltörlése s még inkább az arányos személyi jövedelemadó bevezetése miatt polarizálódnak. 3. A nyugdíjkorhatár merevsége és a Nők40 lazasága egyre inkább szembekerül egymással. Hogyan enyhíthetők a feszültségek? Ad 1. Le kell állni a szociális hozzájárulási adó (szocho) kulcsának további csökkentésével, és korrigálni kellene a korábban megállapított nyugdíjakat. Ad 2. Vissza kell vezetni a járulékalap plafonját, és a jelenleg csak nyomaiban létező degresszió hatókörét kell jelentősen tágítani. Ad 3. Vissza kell térni a méltányos 2009-es csökkentett előrehozott nyugdíjhoz, egyúttal megszabadulva a Nők40-től.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: H11, H55
