Abstract

A tanulmány egyéni szinten vizsgálja a munkaerő-felmérésben mért és a nyugdíjbiztosító nyilvántartásaiban megjelenő foglalkoztatás viszonyát. Az elemzés olyan munkavállalókra vonatkozik, akik saját bevallásuk szerint 2008 elején már két vagy több éve dolgoztak ugyanannál a munkáltatónál. Az 1999-2006-ra vonatkozó adatok szerint az állásban töltött idő 10-11 százaléka nem szerepelt a nyilvántartá sok ban, ebből 8-9 százalék esetében feltételezhető, hogy be nem jelentett munkáról van szó. A munkaerő-felmérésben megjelenő, de többnyire részlegesen sem adózó munkaviszonyok leggyakrabban a mezőgazdaságban, a szállításban és az atipikus foglalkoztatási formákban fordulnak elő.
