A felelősségteljes innovációról
[On responsible innovation]

Abstract

A felelősségteljes innováció a fenntarthatóság fogalmának innovációpolitikai értelmezése, elköteleződés az innovációs folyamatok jelenbeli kezelésére a jövő érdekében. E személetmód - amely gyorsan terjed az Európai Unióban, már a 2014-2020-as programozási periódus dokumentumaiban is egyfajta szakmapolitikai irányelvként jelenik meg - megalapozása európai uniós szinten a vége felé közeledik, és az elkövetkező évek egyik legfontosabb innovációpolitikai feladata ezen elvek gyakorlatba történő átültetésének ösztönzése lesz. E tanulmány célja, hogy áttekintse a felelősségteljes innováció fogalomkörét, rendszerezze azon szempontokat, magatartási formákat, amelyek a szemléletmód megértéséhez szükségesek, ezáltal segítve elő, hogy azt a hazai tudományos társadalom mind elméleti, mind gyakorlati munkája során értékteremtő módon alkalmazza.
