Abstract

A tanulmány a munkaerő-kínálat volumenének, nemek és életkor szerinti struktúrájának a következő másfél évtizedben várható változását mutatja be. Ez a prognózis egyfelől néhány aktuális foglalkoztatáspolitikai következtetés levonására is alkalmat ad, másfelől kiinduló alapot nyújt a munkaerő-kínálat és a munkaerő-kereslet foglalkozási/képzettségi struktúrájának prognosztizálására, ami a foglalkoztatáspolitika és az oktatáspolitika megalapozásának egyik fontos feltétele.
