Changes on the single-family homes market in the years 2003-2012 in the districts of Krakow and Wieliczka

Abstract

The article contains an analysis of one of the segments of the housing market in the area near Krakow which includes the single-family homes market. The study covers sale transactions concluded in the area of the districts of Krakow and Wieliczka during the period from 2003 to 2012, and contains information on the number of transactions, trading volume and transaction prices in the particular municipalities. The subject of the analysis is also the parties of the transaction of the analysed the real estate market.
