Basic Financiation in the Preuniversity Education System in Romania Comparative with the Member States of the European States

Abstract

This article presents the issue of basic financing in the pre-university education establishments in Bucharest, in the European context from which our country is also part. The present paper presents a comparative analysis of the basic financing from the preuniversity education of Bucharest as compared to the financing of basic education from other EU Member States. 400 directors of educational establishments from Bucharest took part in this study, and the objectives of the research were to identify the real problems that schools face in the basic financing of the secondary education system in Bucharest.
