Abstract

We live in an era in which information is ubiquitous and can be found in various forms, whether we know or not know of its existence. Thus, in every area, but especially in business intelligence, information is paramount. The view that information is power remains as true today, but the importance of this power has grown thanks to technological developments and tools that can be used to manage the means of knowledge.
