Crisis y estrategias de solución financiera para el sistema de pensiones IMSS

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se expone un análisis institucional, con estrategias de solución financiera para el sistema de pensiones imss, en el desarrollo de 15 años de vida. En este contexto el gasto público en seguridad social está llamado a convertirse en el principal rubro del presupuesto de egresos de la Federación, ya que impacta directamente con el 10.58% del pib. Por ello, es necesario se reformen los artículos 138, 145 de la ley del Seguro Social de 1973, y artículos 154 y 162 de la propia ley de 1995, ya que con estas reformas se suspendería el pago de las pensiones en un periodo de 2 años, ahorrando aproximadamente 22 mil 400 millones de pesos bianuales/ This paper sets out an institutional analysis, with financial solution strategies for the imss pension system in the development of 15 years. In this context, public spending on social security is set to become the main item of expenditure budget of the federation, as it directly impacts the 10.58% of gdp. Therefore it is necessary to reform the Articles 138, 145 of the Social Security Act 1973 and sections 154 and 162 of the 1995 Act itself, because these reforms would be suspended pension payments over a period of 2 years, saving approximately 22 thousand 400 million pesos biannual
