Abstract

Uygulamada, rekabet hukuku ile ilgili bazı terim ve kavramlar hatalı bir biçimde kullanılmaktadır. Özellikle de belirli bir rekabet geçmişi ve kültürü olmayan gelişen ülkelerde bu daha geçerlidir. Bu çalışma, rekabet politikası ile ilgili kavramlar ve hukuki konular arasındaki ilişkilere açıklık getirmeyi amaçlamaktadır
