Abstract

Supplier performance evaluation in buyer-supplier relationships from the buyer perspective is an important research issue among researchers and practitioners. Many studies have been conducted to measure the buyer's satisfaction with the supplier's performance in buyer-supplier relationships. However, very few studies present in the literature that deal with measurement of suppliers' satisfaction in buyer-supplier relationships. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that affect the suppliers' satisfaction in buyer-supplier relationships and explore their relationships with suppliers' satisfaction. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 300 suppliers organisation. Based on the influencing factors, four hypotheses were developed and tested in the framework of structural equation modelling.
