Abstract

Worker perception of their health, well-being and satisfaction with their production environment and services is related to the quality of working life. Using a cross sectional, descriptive, correlational, with a sample of 50 census workers from a tourism hotel, yields a predictive model that can be used by organizations to maximize their productivity. We use variables in levels as follows: institutional support, security, the post integration, satisfaction, well-made, personal development and leisure management. The correlation result of the independent and dependent variables confirms an almost perfect association, meaning they are closely related and respond. Thus, the proposed predictive model is suitable for decision-making in these organizations.
