Abstract

This work aims to determine the academic impact on students from the Centro de Estudios Superiores del Estado de Sonora of the implementation of an "academic support program." The program consists of students of good academic performance called guides to support fellows showing some problems in specific areas of their bachelors program. We examine the contribution both to the guides, benefit students and teachers, who participated in the program year-round school 2009 – 2011. We conducted a descriptive research analyzing to identify the relevance of educational development of students; as well as detecting niches of opportunities for the proper functioning of the program in future years.
