Abstract

Organizational culture is a fundamental aspect that supports companies that aim to be competitive. Through culture, it is possible to detect problems in working groups. After that, strategies for improvement can be established. The purpose of this research was to identify the dominant organizational culture in a small company in the industrial metal-mechanics of Monclova, Coahuila. The sample consists of 26 workers form a small company to whom a structured questionnaire was applied. The results indicate that the Hierarchical culture dominates the companies
