Abstract

The purposes of this research is to identify and analyze relevant risks to accomplish the marine farm's goals concerned with blue fin tuna fatting located in the State of Baja California, it also determines the way in which such risks should be handled. This kind of enterprises face risks that endanger their permanence and with it the loss of economic benefits and the production of new employments in the region. For this reason, the enterprises should mitigate effective and appropriate measurements. This research focuses on direct information obtained through the enterprises based on the risks in existence. The results express the risk relevance, assessment and the benefit to determine them sufficiently soon to avoid menaces and the breach of objectives
