Abstract

Mentoring in Mexico is an education policy that has become an important tool in the advancement of academia. Mentoring helps students in their academic and personal development throughout their careers at the University. In the present study the application of an instrument to evaluate performance shows mentoring obtains the perception of students or tutees of the Academic Division of Economic and Administrative Sciences as the Institutional Tutoring Program Juárez Autonomous University Tabasco. This perception will be very useful to be able to properly implement this Program. The research was quantitative with a stratified random sampling approach, focused on evaluating the effectiveness of the mentoring program taking into account three factors: academic, administrative and service quality.
