Abstract

В 2016 г. практически все основные показатели рынка труда – заработная плата, уровень безработицы и доля неполной занятости – близки к уровню прошлого года. Рынок труда замер в нестабильном равновесии. Однако за общей динамикой этих показателей по стране в целом скрываются серьезные региональные различия. Хотя безработица в России за последние два года несколько выросла, но более чем в трети регионов она упала, схожая динамика наблюдалась и с численностью работников, переведенных на неполный рабочий день. Анализ показывает, что регионы применяли различные инструменты для снижения издержек на труд, что сгладило общую по стране динамику основных показателей рынка труда.
