Рынок Труда Летом 2022 Г.: Тенденции И Перспективы

Abstract

Уровень безработицы в летние месяцы 2022 г. продолжал снижаться, достигнув к августу 3,8%, что может объясняться слабым эффектом санкций и оттоком части безработных мужчин в этот период на добровольную военную службу. Несмотря на то что число вакансий уменьшается, к середине сентября выросла доля респондентов, оценивающих риски потерять работу в следующем месяце как низкие. По сравнению с мартом текущего года в сентябре снизилась доля работников, уверенных, что найти работу со схожей заработной платой и условиями труда трудно или очень трудно. Безработные в целом более позитивно оценивали вероятность найти работу.
