Abstract

В статье приводятся результаты социологического опроса занятого населения, проведенного в 2021 г. Цель исследования предусматривала выявление основных тенденций, связанных с формированием рынка труда самозанятых, в том числе анализ отношения респондентов к введенному с 2019 г. налоговому режиму «Налог на профессиональный доход» для физических лиц (НПД). Отмечается рост привлекательности нового налогового режима для лиц, занятых частной практикой, однако около трети потенциальных его пользователей пока не желают в нем участвовать. Статья подготовлена в рамках выполнения научно-исследовательской работы государственного задания РАНХиГС при Президенте Российской Федерации.
