Неформальное И Информальное Образование: Европейский Опыт Признания Компетенций

Abstract

В статье рассматривается европейский опыт признания (валидации) навыков и компетенций, полученных в рамках информального и неформального обучения. Неформальное и информальное образование приобретает все большую актуальность на современном этапе развития общества. Проведенный анализ показал, что процедуры валидации во многих странах не характеризуются системностью. Обозначены методы указанной валидации компетенций, целевые группы, заинтересованные стороны, а также источники финансирования данного процесса. Показано, что процедура проверки и признания компетенций в рамках непрерывного образования может осуществляться индивидами в целях включения в систему формального образования (например, для прохождения вступительных испытаний с целью получения определенного уровня образования), а также интеграции на рынке труда (например, для получения конкретной квалификации). Статья подготовлена в рамках выполнения научно-исследовательской работы государственного задания РАНХиГС «Исследование долгосрочных тенденций развития в системе непрерывного профессионального образования».
