Abstract

Ricostruzione del valore aggiunto su scala comunale e percorsi di crescita a livello micro-territoriale: il caso dell?Umbria (di Carlo Andrea Bollino e Paolo Polinori) - ABSTRACT: Dipartimento di Economia, Finanza e Statistica Universit? degli Studi di Perugia* (Paper first received, March 2006; in final form, December 2006) Abstract Il presente contributo estende a livello micro-territoriale l?analisi di consolidate relazioni economiche usualmente indagate a livello regionale e provinciale. Al fine di raggiungere tale obiettivo il primo passo concerne la costruzione di indicatori di performance economica al livello comunale. Attraverso l?utilizzo di una metodologia di disaggregazione dei dati spaziali (Chow e Lin, 1971; Bollino 1998) si ricostruisce il valore aggiunto per i comuni umbri relativamente al triennio 2001-2003. Questi dati sono utilizzati per condurre una analisi di convergenza sfruttando dati comunali stimati da altri autori per il 1991. L?analisi evidenzia la presenza di un?elevata eterogeneit? dovuta ad un effetto centro-periferia ed anche alla presenza di un nucleo storico di comuni, spazialmente non contigui, che ha guidato lo sviluppo dell?intera regione.
