Per migliorare la performance quanto conta l?integrazione tra gli strumenti di governance regionali e aziendali? Alcune evidenze dalla Regione Basilicata

Abstract

Questo articolo propone un approfondimento sugli strumenti di governance adottati dalla Regione Basilicata fra il 2007 e il 2013 e i risultati di performance conseguiti. La Basilicata nel tempo migliora i risultati di performance nel periodo analizzato. Il miglioramento ? pi? significativo a seguito dell?integrazione dei diversi strumenti di misurazione e governo in uso nella Regione. Il caso della Basilicata offre un interessante esperimento naturale sulle due aziende territoriali. Entrambe hanno integrato i propri sistemi di budget con i sistemi di misurazione e valutazione della performance e gli obiettivi dichiarati dalla Regione, ma con stili di management differenti. Nel tempo entrambe le aziende migliorano le proprie performance tuttavia il miglioramento ? significativamente maggiore nell?azienda dove i livelli di comprensione degli obiettivi da parte del personale sono pi? elevati.
