Intrecci economici e nuove strade della cooperazione sindacale

Abstract

Questo articolo descrive come, a seguito degli accordi tra le industrie della Germania e dell?Italia si sia sviluppata una cooperazione sindacale transfrontaliera tra strutture decen- trate dei sindacati metalmeccanici italiani e tedeschi. Partendo dalla presentazione dei con- tenuti principali di questa cooperazione, che riguarda imprese multinazionali e le loro cate- ne di fornitura, viene discusso il possibile ruolo della legge tedesca sull?obbligo di diligenza nelle catene di fornitura nel contesto delle relazioni industriali italiane. Si ipotizza che l?attuazione di questa legge possa contribuire a limitare lo squilibrio di potere tra capitale e lavoro che in passato ? costantemente aumentato nelle catene di fornitura globali delle im- prese multinazionali. Ma si presume anche che questo obiettivo possa essere raggiunto solo sulla base di una cooperazione sindacale consolidata a livello transfrontaliero.
