Il ruolo delle relazioni industriali e della contrattazione collettiva nella costruzione di un mercato del lavoro di cura

Abstract

Il contributo indaga alcuni nodi problematici che oggi si frappongono alla emersione e alla costruzione di un mercato del lavoro di cura dignitoso, con specifico riferimento al ruolo dei sistemi di relazioni industriali e della contrattazione collettiva. L?analisi ha riguardato 54 Con-tratti Collettivi Nazionali concentrandosi su norme e istituti centrali per lo studio della contrat-tazione collettiva nella sua funzione istituzionale (e preliminare) di costruzione, appunto, dei mercati di riferimento (sistemi di classificazione e inquadramento del personale, retribuzione, formazione e sviluppo professionale).
