La capacit? innovativa delle regioni: riflessioni sul nuovo "triangolo industriale"

Abstract

Ci sono due fenomeni che stanno ponendo nuove sfide competitive a tutte le imprese di tutti i settori: i) la grande velocit? di propagazione su scala globale che assumono eventi come quelli che hanno portato alla crisi finanziaria del 2009 o, dieci anni dopo, alla pandemia di Covid; ii) la transizione digitale. Di fronte a sfide di tale portata e complessit?, diventa utile riflettere sulla capacit? dei sistemi territoriali di affrontarle, guardando a questi sistemi sia come popolazioni di imprese, sia come insiemi di fattori che possono agevolare o penalizzare la competitivit? e la capacit? innovativa delle imprese che ospitano. Il presente contributo sviluppa questa riflessione analizzando, sulla scorta della banca dati del Regional Innovation Scoreboard, quattro regioni: Veneto ed Emilia-Romagna, tipiche regioni della Terza Italia; Stoccarda al centro del Baden-W?rttemberg, la regione benchmark nel modello della Tripla Elica; la Lombardia, tradizionalmente vista pi? vicina alla seconda che alle prime.
