Trasferimento di tecnologia e scienza politica: il caso dello spin-off dell?universit? di Padova sherpa srl

Abstract

Nella concezione fordista dello sviluppo il "trasferimento tecnologico" viene riferito in modo pressoch? esclusivo alla produzione di brevetti e spin-off provenienti dalle discipline ad alto contenuto tecnologico, tipico dei politecnici, finalizzati in genere alla produzione industriale. Nell?ambito di una economia della conoscenza, invece, il trasferimento di tecnologia viene inteso principalmente come "condivisione di sapere codificato" e riguarda l?intera gamma della conoscenza scientifica applicata, in grado cio? di generare innovazione nei processi di produzione del benessere della collettivit?. In questa seconda accezione del termine gli studi sulle politiche di sviluppo locale hanno permesso di elaborare un "sapere esperto" in grado di accompagnare gli attori locali in un percorso collaborativo di design e implementazione di strategie di sviluppo nell?ambito di processi di policy design partecipativi. Il saggio focalizza l?attenzione sull?esperienza maturata sul campo a questo riguardo, presentando il caso dello spin-off dell?Universit? di Padova Sherpa srl.
