Innovazioni imprenditoriali per lo sviluppo sostenibile dei territori. gli alberghi diffusi e il caso dell?Umbria

Abstract

Essendo cultura e turismo, tanto pi? in Italia, leve strategiche per lo sviluppo sostenibile e vista l?esigenza di strumenti di gestione capaci di valorizzare tale binomio, l?articolo vuole illustrare: i) il potenziale degli alberghi diffusi quali innovazioni consonanti con le attuali tendenze turistiche; ii) il fenomeno in Italia; iii) punti di forza e di debolezza e alcune decisive innovazioni. Si presenteranno quindi, dopo una review della letteratura nazionale ed internazionale, i risultati dell?indagine quali-quantitavia sugli alberghi diffusi dell?Umbria. Gli aspetti di indeterminatezza riscontrati provano l?inadeguata comprensione delle potenzialit? di tali modelli e ne ostacolano la piena affermazione e l?ottimizzazione del valore creabile per l?impresa stessa e gli stakeholder territoriali.
