Abstract

Partendo dalla considerazione che l?imprenditorialit? possa essere considerata anche una risposta ai programmi specifici di formazione e al livello di istruzione raggiunto dalla popolazione, l?Autore cerca di approfondire il ruolo e l?importanza del capitale umano, in grado di produrre almeno nel lungo periodo un impatto rilevante sulla crescita, sia direttamente, sia attivando reti tra diversi attori e fenomeni di coesione sociale, di rispetto delle norme, di adeguamento ai cambiamenti tecnologici. Una politica volta a valorizzare il capitale umano e a ridurre il gap tra mondo produttivo e sistema dell?istruzione e della formazione pu? rappresentare una leva efficace per sostenere la ripresa economica e per condurre il Paese sulla via della crescita.
