Prime note su agricoltura e sussidiariet? orizzontale

Abstract

Nel panorama italiano si stanno affermando, con intensit? crescente, iniziative volte alla cura di interessi generali della collettivit? che originano dal ruolo proattivo della societ? civile e coinvolgono, in vario modo, l?agricoltura (come l?agricoltura urbana, l?agricoltura sociale). Tali iniziative possono essere ricondotte nell?ambito del principio di sussidiariet? orizzontale, il quale impone a carico dei soggetti pubblici l?obbligo giuridico di favorirle (art. 118, 4 c. Cost.). Lo scritto sofferma l?attenzione su alcune delle modalit? concrete dell?intervento pubblico sussidiario, il sostegno economico e l?adozione di una normativa sussidiaria, evidenziandone criticit? e potenzialit?
