Abstract

Abstract:The doctrinarias conceptions in head of personalities of the policy, are the answer to an anachronistic process of adoption of ideological patrons who did not correspond to the economic ordering of second half of century XIX in Colombia. This carried "a modernizadora" mentality sustained in individual experiences and foreign ideas, from which it was tried to develop an idea of the economic thing, social and the politician, without keeping correspondence with the dynamic incipientes from accumulation and the level from maturity or political legal immaturity from the country."
