Abstract

Uno de los aspectos más difíciles de alcanzar en el diseño de un sistema de indicadores, es lograr su vinculación con la estrategia de la organización. El trabajo que se presenta tiene como propósito mostrar un esquema metodológico que posibilite el diseño del Sistema de Indicadores para el Control de Gestión de las áreas de resultados claves en las oficinas de la Administración Tributaria.
