Abstract

The aim of the paper is to provide the audience with the essential features to understand Project Financing as a key point of the development of Romanian infrastructure. Key elements of the dissertation are advantages and opportunities Romania can exploit with the use of a proper financial modeling. Further elements of the dissertation are the experience of the use of financial modeling in Securitisation and how Project Financing could benefit from it.
