Abstract

In this article is analyzed, by means of employment, the sectoral specialization model followed by each one of the Spanish regions and by the cities of Ceuta and Melilla between the years 1980-1994, being observed that, as a rule, for the sectoral disaggregation level -seventeen branches- and spatial of the work, the changes in these specialization models have not been important in the period envisaged, which is a relatively short phase for the purpose of meaningful modification of the sectoral specialization of the regions.
