Abstract

The aim of this article is to point out some of the main conceptual aspects whích are at present orientating the drawíng up of Guídelines for the Land Management in the Basque Country. This is one of the first experiences which have been had in Spain since the Spanísh Constitution and the different Statutes of Autonomy granted Autonomous Communities sufficíent powers to tackle this type of work on the organisation of theír respective territorial areas.
