Hizmet Pazarlamasinda Musteri Memnuniyeti ve Ulastirma Sektoru Uzerinde Bir Uygulama

Abstract

Dunyada hizla artan teknolojik gelismeler, bilginin mobilizasyonu, kuresellesme ve hizla artan rekabet, firmalarin ayakta kalabilmelerini zorlastirmistir. Kuresellesme surecinde tum kuruluslar dunya pazarindan daha fazla pay alabilmek, varliklarini surdurebilmek amaciyla koklu birtakim degisikliklere gitmektedirler. Siddetli rekabet altinda olan isletmeler degisen ve gelisen kosullar karsisinda varliklarini surdurebilmek amaciyla gerek uretim sureclerinde gerekse satis sonrasi faaliyetlerde yeniliklere yonelmelidirler. Dunyada yasanan degisimden hizmet sektoru de etkilenmektedir. Hizmet sektoru bu degisim surecinde gelisme ve buyume egilimindedir. Bu calismada oncelikle hizmet kavrami ayrintili olarak incelenmis, hizmetin soyut olma ozelligi uzerinde durularak, pazarlama sureci icerisindeki farkliliklarina ve onemine deginilmistir. Daha sonra musteri memnuniyeti kavrami aciklanarak, musteri memnuniyetinin belirlenmesinin isletmeler acisindan onemine yer verilmistir. Hizmetlerin nitelikleri itibariyle es zamanli tuketimleri esastir. Bu nedenle musterinin memnuniyet duzeyi hizmetlerin tuketimi sonrasinda dogrudan ortaya cikmaktadir. Bu baglamda hizmet pazarlamasi karmasi, musteri memnuniyetini etkileyen faktorler ve musteri memnuniyeti yaratilmasinda kullanilan araclar hakkinda ayrintili bilgilere yer verilmistir. Daha sonra hizmet sektorunde musteri memnuniyetinin olcumlenmesine yonelik olarak bir arastirma yapilmis ve hizmeti satin alan musterilerin tatmin duzeyi ve beklentileri arastirilmistir.
