Kayak Merkezlerindeki Spor Turistlerinin Hizmet Kalitesi Algilarini Etkileyen Degiskenler

Abstract

Spor turizmi, turizm endustrisi icerisindeki en onemli sektorlerden birisidir. Spor turistlerinin hizmet kalitesi algilari, bu sektorun gelisimi acisindan cok onemli gorunmektedir. Bu calismanin amaci, kayak merkezlerindeki spor turistlerinin hizmet kalitesi algilarini etkileyen degiskenlerin belirlenmesinde kullanilabilecek bir olcum araci gelistirmektir. Arastirmaya, Uludag kayak merkezindeki 181 spor turisti katilmistir. Kapsam gecerliligi calismasina dort uzman katilmistir. 18 maddeden olusan anket spor turistlerinden veri toplamak icin kullanilmis ve veriler analiz edilerek 5 farkli boyut, onem sirasina gore, Kayak Egitmenleri (KE), Kayak Pist ve Malzemeleri (KP-M), Oteller ve Calisanlari (O-C), Ortam (O) ve Eglence (E) seklinde belirlenmistir. Spor turistlerinin hizmet kalitesi algilarini etkileyen bilesenler arasinda Kayak Pist ve Malzemelerinin (KP-M) en onemli bilesen oldugu gorulmustur.
