Tavukculuk Sektorunun Turk Ekonomisindeki Yeri ve Durumu

Abstract

Tavukculuk sektoru son zamanlarda kendinden cokca bahsettiren bir sektor olmustur. Ozellikle, kus gribi nedeniyle sektorun zor duruma girmesi Turk ekonomisi icinde payinin ne kadar buyuk oldugunu da ortaya koymaktadir. Boyle bir sektorun, ozellikle Turkiye gibi her yil odemeler dengesi acik veren bir ulkede dikkatle incelenmesi gereklidir. Sektor bir yandan yurtici protein acigini ucuz olarak kapatirken, diger yandan ihracat yoluyla doviz girdisi saglamaktadir. Ozellikle katki payi fazla olan tavukculuk sektorunun onumuzdeki gunleri tanitim, halkla iliskiler faaliyetleri ile gecirecekleri, finansal yonden kendilerini guclendirme yonunde yeni dis pazarlara yonelerek, ic pazarda yogun bir rekabete gidecekleri beklentisi bulunmaktadir. Bu makalede, Turk ekonomisi icinde bir hayli onemli hale gelen tavukculuk sektorunun ulke ve dunya ekonomisindeki yeri; uretim, tuketim, ihracat ve ithalat acisindan incelenerek, sektorun gelisim seyrine gore sorun ve sikintilarinin ortaya koyularak cozum aranmasina calisilmistir.
