Sosyal Calismacilarin Sosyal Destek Algilarinin Tukenmislige Etkisi

Abstract

Arastirmada, yonetici ve calisma arkadaslarindan algilanan sosyal destegin, sosyal calismacilarin tukenmislik duzeyleri üzerindeki etkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmýþtýr. Bu baglamda araþtýrma, Sosyal Hizmet Uzmanlari Dernegine uye 152 sosyal çalýþmacý uzerinde yurutulmustur. Arastirmada elde edilen sonuclara gore, yoneticilerden algilanan sosyal destegin, duygusal tukenme ve kisisel basari olmak uzere tukenmisligin iki boyutu uzerinde dogrudan etkisi vardir. Bununla birlikte calisma arkadaslarindan algilanan sosyal destegin tukenmisligin hiçbir alt boyutuna dogrudan etkisinin olmadigi gorulmustur. Bu sonuc, ozellikle sosyal destegin tukenmislik uzerindeki etkisinin destek kaynaklari bazinda (yonetici ve calisma arkadaslari) farklilastigina iliskin daha onceki arastirma sonuclarini desteklemektedir
