Lider Üye Etkilesimi (Lüe) Modeli Ve Ölcme Aracinin Türkce’de Gecerlik Ve Güvenilirlik Analizi

Abstract

Lider Üye Etkilesimi (LÜE), kavram olarak ilk ortaya atildigi 1970’li yillardan bugüne yogun bir sekilde arastirilmasina karsin, bu calismalarda kullanilan ölceklerin gerekli psikometrik sartlari saglamadigi ve belirli bir kuramsal temele dayanmadigi ileri sürülmüstür (Vecchio ve Gobdel, 1984). Yazindaki bu eksiklik ve karmasanin, Dienesch ve Liden (1986) tarafindan olusturulan kuramsal cerceve ve bu cerceveye dayali olarak Liden ve Maslyn (1998) tarafindan gelistirilen ölcege kadar devam ettigi söylenebilir. Bu tarihten sonra yapilan calismalarin büyük bir kisminin söz konusu cerceveye dayali olarak gerceklestirilmesi ise kavram üzerinde yapilan tartismalarda belli bir uzlasi saglandigini göstermektedir. Bu calismada, Liden ve Maslyn (1998) tarafindan gelistirilen ölcegin Türkcedeki gecerlilik ve güvenilirligi incelenmistir. Yapilan analizler sonucunda ölcegin yüksek gecerlilik ve güvenilirlige sahip oldugu belirlenmistir. LÜE modeline iliskin Türkce yazindaki calismalarin sinirliligi dikkate alindiginda, söz konusu ölcegin bundan sonra yapilacak görgül arastirmalara katki saglayabilecegi degerlendirilmektedir.
