Europeizacija hrvatskog odštetnog prava

Abstract

Iz građanskog prava proizašle su mnoge druge grane prava, pritom se u ovom radu ističe odštetno pravo. Odštetno pravo je grana prava koja se bavi štetom i odnosima koje ona donosi, te je pritom važno znati koji su subjekti, objekti štete, važno je razumijeti uzročnu vezu štete i poznavati razne vrste odgovornosti za štetu. Odštetno pravo prošlo je kroz proces europeizacije i harmonizacije prilikom ulaska u Europsku uniju. Harmonizacija je usklađivanje prava koje je pridonijelo razvoju ove grane prava u Hrvatskoj te omogućilo usklađivanje s europskom pravnom stečevinom. Stoga je relevantno znati koje su odrednice harmonizacije i kako se njome usklađuju nacionalne pravne norme s nadnacionalnim pravnim normama.
