Profitni model hrvatske poljoprivrede: Kako i gdje ga primjeniti

Abstract

Stvaranje ekonomski isplative poljoprivrede ostvariv je cilj hrvatske ekonomije. U skladu s tim ciljem eksplicira se prilagodba profitnom poljoprivrednom modelu zbog povoljnog zemljišnog resursa (0,73 ha/ per capita) i povoljne klime, što RH predisponira za ovakav model. Analizom resursa potrebnih za profitni model predlažu se rješenja na podru ju potrebne veli ine gospodarstva; prilagodbe/promjene agrarne strukture; mehanizacije, regulacije tržišta poljoprivrednih proizvoda; razvoja sustava kapitalnih ulaganja; stvaranja institucijskih agrologistika; obrazovanja i resocijalizacije ljudskog resursa. Za primjenu profitnog poljoprivrednog modela klju ni resursi postoje pa je za njegovu operacionalizaciju potrebna njihova realokacija. Kao subdominantni poljoprivredni model u podru jima gdje profitni model nije primjenjiv, preporu ljiv je multifunkcionalni poljoprivredni model, radi ostvarenja drugih vrijednih društvenoekonomskih ciljeva u agrarnom prostoru.
