Indigenous construction of sizeable desalination units for dual-purpose power plants in China

Abstract

This paper deals with the development of sizeable desalination units incorporated with thermal power plants in North-China. We use an exergy-based criterion EECR for the evaluation of thermal performance. Economic aspects are also considered.
