Turkiye Havayolu Tasimaciligi Sektorunun Yapisal Analizi

Abstract

Havayolu tasimaciligi sektoru, tum dunyada neoliberal ekonomi politikalarýnýn uygulanmaya baslamasiyla hizli bir gelisme surecine girmistir. Gunumuzde yasanmakta olan pandemi sureci nedeniyle sektorun buyumesi sekteye uðramis, ancak hizli bir toparlanma sureci de artýk yasanmaya baslanmistir. Ozellikle lojistik sektorunun bir parcasý olmasi nedeniyle hava kargo sektorunun gelecekte oneminin daha da artacagi tahmin edilmektedir. Bu çalismanin amaci, havayolu tasimaciligi sektorunun yapisini ortaya koymak, diger sektorlerle olan iktisadi iliskilerini tespit etmek ve sektorun bir ekonomi politikasý araci olarak kullanýlabilmesinin kosullarini belirlemektir. Ayrica farkli yillar icin analiz genisletilerek sektörde yasanan yapisal deðisim de incelenmistir. Girdi cikti yonteminin kullanildigi calismada havayolu tasimaciligi sektorunun uretim ve istihdam cogaltanlari yuksek bulunmustur. Ayrica 1980 yili ile 1990 yillarý arasinda sektorun yogun bir yapisal degisim gecirdigi tespit edilmistir. Elde edilen bulgular cercevesinde havayolu tasimaciligi sektorunun ekonomik buyume ve istihdam politikalarý icin bir arac olarak kullanilabilecegi sonucuna varilmistir.
