Mantar Yönetim Yaklaþýmýnýn Örgüte Karþý Sapkýn Davranýþlara Etkisi Üzerine Sektörlerarasý Bir Araþtýrma

Abstract

Bu çalýþmada yöneticinin gücü elinde bulundurmak için bilgi paylaþýmýný reddettiði, çalýþanlarýný karanlýkta býrakmak suretiyle sadece görev yönelimli yaklaþtýðý yeni bir yönetim uygulamasý olan mantar yönetim yaklaþýmý ile iþyerinde sapkýn davranýþlarýn örgüte karþý sapkýn davranýþlar boyutu arasýndaki iliþki Muðla Ýlinde bankacýlýk, turizm ve saðlýk sektörlerinden oluþturulan 312 kiþilik bir örneklemden anket yöntemiyle veri toplanmak suretiyle araþtýrýlmýþtýr. Araþtýrma sonuçlarýna göre mantar yönetim yaklaþýmý ile örgüte karþý sapkýn davranýþlar arasýnda pozitif yönlü ve anlamlý bir iliþki bulunmaktadýr. Ayrýca söz konusu sektörlere göre çalýþanlarýn mantar yönetim ve örgüte yönelik sapkýn davranýþlar algýlarý anlamlý farklýlýklar göstermektedir. Mantar yönetim algýsý en yüksek oranda saðlýk sektöründe, en düþük düzeyde ise turizm sektöründe görülmekte, örgüte yönelik sapkýn davranýþlara iliþkin ise en yüksek algý düzeyi turizm sektöründe görülmekte iken en düþük düzeyde ise saðlýk sektörü çalýþanlarýnda görülmektedir.
