Dönüþümcü, Etkileþimsel ve Serbesiyetçi Liderlik Ýle Ýçsel ve Dýþsal Doyum Arasýndaki Ýliþki

Abstract

Yapýlan bu araþtýrma ile dönüþümcü, etkileþimsel ve serbesiyetçi liderlik tarzlarý ile içsel ve dýþsal doyum arasýndaki iliþkinin ve etkileþimin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmaktadýr. Ayný zamanda bazý demografik faktörlerle iþ doyumu ve liderlik tarzý algýsý arasýndaki iliþki incelenmiþtir. Araþtýrmanýn örneklem grubunu Silifke ilçe merkezinde faaliyette bulunan 100 adet banka çalýþaný oluþturmaktadýr. Çalýþma kapsamýnda veri toplanmasýnda anket yöntemi kullanýlmýþ olup kolayda örneklem yöntemi uygulanmýþtýr. Elde edilen veriler, Pearson Korelasyon analizi, student t testi, ANOVA, kanonik korelasyon, ve regresyon analizleri IBM SPSS 24 Demo versiyonu kullanýlarak deðerlendirilmiþtir. Araþtýrma sonucunda dönüþümcü liderlik algýsýnýn içsel ve dýþsal iþ doyumunu etkileyen en önemli liderlik tarzý olduðu ve dýþsal iþ doyumu üzerinde etkileþimsel liderliðin ve serbesiyetçi liderlik tarzlarýnýn etkili olmadýðý tespit edilmiþtir
