Pozitif Psikolojik Sermayenin Bir Belirleyicisi Olarak Algýlanan Örgütsel Desteðin Rolü

Abstract

Pozitif psikolojik sermaye kavramý için Türk alan yazýný incelendiðinde, çalýþmalarýn çoðunlukla pozitif psikolojik sermayenin etkileri üzerine olduðu görülmüþtür. Bu araþtýrmada ise pozitif psikolojik sermayenin bir belirleyicisi olarak algýlanan örgütsel desteðin rolü araþtýrýlmýþtýr. Bu iki deðiþken arasýndaki iliþkinin dayandýrýldýðý temel kuram kaynaklarýn korunmasý kuramýdýr. Bu doðrultuda, Kocaeli ilinde çalýþmakta olan 131 acil servis çalýþaný ile yapýlan anket çalýþmasýyla veriler elde edilerek analiz edilmiþtir. Araþtýrma sonuçlarýna göre, acil servis çalýþanlarýnýn algýladýklarý örgütsel desteðin pozitif psikolojik sermayenin bileþenlerinden iyimserlik, umut ve özyeterlilik ile pozitif yönde anlamlý bir iliþkisi olduðu tespit edilmiþtir. Buna karþýlýk algýlanan örgütsel desteðin pozitif psikolojik sermayenin diðer bir boyutu olan dayanýklýlýk ile anlamlý bir iliþkisi olmadýðý tespit edilmiþtir.
