Abstract

E-banking has experienced rapid and unprecedented growth, which will be highlighted below. At the outset, a brief presentation of the history and conceptual elements of electronic banking was made, followed by a classification of these services, a definition of the notion of Mobile Banking, and a highlighting of the advantages that they bring to users' lives, but also the risks to which they are exposed. In the second part of the paper, we look at how Mobile Banking has evolved, both internationally and nationally, as the COVID-19 pandemic has made banking users change their habits and the way they interact with the banking institutions they come into contact with. The pandemic has managed to force a different approach to banking to make it easier for customers to access various banking operations, which has led to the development and improvement of mobile banking.
