Финансова Прозрачност На Общините В България В Контекста На Европейската Икономическа Дигитализация

Abstract

Дигитализацията е сред основните приоритети на ЕС, заложени в „Европа 2030“, като България и българските общини са преки участници в този процес. Глобалната пандемия COVID-19 в началото на 2020 г. рефлектира положително на процеса по дигитализация, включително и в областта на публичния сектор и местното самоуправление, като ефектите са с различна степен на изразеност. Изследването установява, че процесът по адаптиране на финансовата и бюджетна прозрачност на общините към съвременните дигитални решения води до значителна разлика в прилагането на концепцията за европейска икономическа дигитализация между различните административни единици на страната. Това налага усъвършенстването на работата в посока дигитализация, която е от съществено значение за частния сектор, и необходимостта от предприемане на ефективни мерки формирането на привлекателна бизнес среда, но и за гражданите с оглед тяхното улеснение при изпълнението на административни ангажименти.
