Abstract

В настоящата разработка се разглежда въпросът за текучеството на служители в предприятията в България и Косово. В теоретичен план са обхванати същността и формите на текучеството, факторите, които оказват влияние върху него, както и ефектите за стопанските субекти. В емпиричен план са представени и дискутирани някои изходни предпоставки за двете държави, които индиректно влияят върху флуктуацията на персонала. Въз основа на анкетно проучване сред фирмите от двете държави е установена значимостта на проблема с текучеството и са анализирани практиките по неговото управление.
