Публични Разходи За Образование В Страните – Членки На Ес: Клъстерен Анализ

Abstract

Настоящата статия цели да представи ангажираността на страните – членки на ЕС по отношение на провежданата от тях политика в областта на образованието. Основни моменти в статията са отчитане на значимостта от инвестиране в човешки капитал и доколко държавата се справя в ролята си на такъв „инвеститор“. Посредством клъстеризация на наличните данни в статията са диференцирани определени групи от страни в рамките на ЕС съобразно политиката на правителствата по финансирането на образователните услуги.
